Our Pick Up In Store option offers you the convenience of placing an order on yeowchuan.com.my and subsequently picking up your item(s) at our stores. Shop online anytime anywhere, and your order will be ready for pickup in just 3 hours .

Step 1: Place Your Order – Choose the “Pick Up In-Store” option during checkout.
Step 2: Receive Email/Call Confirmation – Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email/call confirmation letting you know that your order ready to pick up.
Step 3: Pick up order at store – Bring your identification proof and notification email to our store’s service desk.
*Store pickup is subject to stock availability and valid only at the specific store selected by customer when placing order, during store’s normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within two hours, however, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring assembly or for large orders.
At Yeowchuan Hardware, we offer you free delivery to major cities in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and selected area in Malaysia for order above RM1000.00. We support this value-added service with our own fleet of logistic to ensure highest efficiency, accountability and on-time delivery to all our customers.
Standard Delivery – 3-7 Working Days
Our default shipping method for most items and include delivery by our own fleet of motorbikes, vans and small trucks or 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) provider. Applicable to small parcel order and medium size order not exceeding 1.0 m3 in volume metric or maximum 3.0m in length. Shipping cost will be charge on customer depends on the size and weight of the item.
The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi storey residential & commercial buildings, delivery will be limited to the security office, main entrance, foyer, and unloading bay.
Please note the following:
• All shipments will require a signature for delivery.
• Orders over 20 kilograms may only be sent via freight/transportation company (handling charges apply).
• Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped on oversize order
• As some items ship from different warehouses, items ordered together are not always shipped together
• Special orders or orders coming from an alternate warehouse cannot be expedited.
Oversize Delivery – 7-14 Working Days
For large quantity or bulk order items, this may include one or several deliveries, fulfilled by our own fleet of trucks or 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) provider. The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi storey residential & commercial buildings, delivery will be limited to unloading bay or any designated unloading zone. The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. The buyer shall be responsible in providing the carrier a safe access road and unloading site.
We are committed to deliver your order as fast as we can. As such, we may split your order into multiple deliveries, so that you can plan ahead with confidence. Or, you may just let us know your priority when placing order.
We are currently do not support shipping to International destinations, however you may contact us via email to request for quotation on the rates to ship to your place. We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties for International orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees.
*NOTE: In order to expedite your order we may need to change the carrier or method of delivery. While we try to stock every item we sell on the website, there are some items that run out-of-stock or we do not stock yet. In these cases there maybe delays to your order being shipped, however we will notify you within 1-2 business days. Whether you decide to leave the item on order with us or cancel will be your option
