If your product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, please contact Yeowchuan Hardware or by email to email@example.com. We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved.
If your purchase is outside the 7 days period, you are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Duration of warranties varies from 1 month up to 12 months from date of purchase depending on the products and manufacturer which will be stated on the product page.
PLEASE NOTE – The warranty does not apply, where:
• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
• The tool has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained.
• Alterations have been made to the tool.
Our warranty covers only the electric control board of the welding machines and repair work is only limit for one time only.
